that really doesn't seem fair, it seems like it's hard enough to get scouted in the first place. also, if newgrounds really wants such a "good" gallery, then why's there an entire section for Spam and multiple submissions with ratings less than 1 star.
There are shitpost there and there but it not like everywhere the moment you enter the portal. It just every once in while.
Art and movie are kinda different portals. Art is mainly for scouting while Movie is relay on protect and blam. Since I am artist, I dont think there is am spam selection.
